July 19, 2005 - Jazzmobile makes its much awaited annual stop on Roosevelt Island. This year Ray Schinnery delivered the message that the blues are alive , well and kicking ass in the good hands of Ray - guitar, Herb Forbes- drums, Bennie Hamilton -bass and the howling organ of Mr. Wayne Holmes.. The blues were delivered with roots in Chicago and a taste of Texas , the Delta and the southern state of NYC !
